The Daniel Boone Hotel began its life as the premier hotel in Charleston, WV, hosting presidents, congressional representatives, and even Elvis Presley. The building underwent a conversion to commercial office space in the 1980s. Today, the current owners are reimagining the building's use as a mixed occupancy opportunity, combining commercial office space with premier downtown living on its upper floors.
