Viking has been engaged by the owner in the Pre-Development stages to assist and maximize the adaptive reuse of the building. Viking and its design team have been working to develop the plans to turn this 12 story commercial building into an estimated 45 market rate apartment units along with ground floor retail and commercial offices. The layouts are expected to include one to three bedroom units to further grow the downtown living opportunities within the city.
