The Viking Group has been retained as a Development Consultant to assist in reimagining this historic property. Plans are taking shape to convert this 13 story Neoclassical Revival style building from its origins as commercial office space, while also collaborating with The City of Charleston to significantly upgrade the waterfront and Kanawha Boulevard.
